I. Mô tả công việc
A Customer Success Head is responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty.
The core function of the job: plan, coordinate and control the activities of the customer service team, merchant operation team and campaign management team to maintain and enhance customer relationships and meet organizational and operational objectives;
Key Responsibilities :
- Relentlessly develop and improve policies, procedures and service standards for customer service (to user issues), merchant operation (to partner issues) and internal cooperation activities
- Daily overview all the team's metrics and take action quickly
- Seamlessly align with the internal team such as Partnership, Business Development, Marketing, Product team and so forth
- Fast improve people's skill and process to adapt to this high-growth stage of the company
- Plan, prioritize and delegate work tasks to ensure the proper functioning of the department
- Directly report to the CEO.
