I. Mô tả công việc
You are the one we are looking for to run a new category named Service Ticketing including movie ticketing, attraction ticketing, entertainment ticketing and event ticketing within JAMJA platform
As a Head of Service Ticketing, you will:
- Act as high-level product manager for the service with vision creation, milestone definition, product development, business planning
- Start at (near) zero point of the division. So you will build your own team and structure (including sales, account, marketing team)
- Study and propose in detail the business strategy such as business model, competitive advantages, target audience, cost structure, go-to strategy, monthly/quarterly planning
- Cooperate with product team, marketing team and customer success team for product feature development, acquisition and branding campaigns and service standards.
- Directly report to CEO.
