I. Mô tả công việc
- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans; Provide new hire orientation (if any)
- Ensure the flow of potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Having the ability to recruit directly key positions such as senior developers, product managers, business management levels, etc...
- Cooperate with the management team in developing effective acquisition processes and suitable talent standard/requirements
- Recruit, train, and nurture a strong TA team that deliver successfully the needs of quantity and quality of talent
- Propose and improve continuously the talent acquisition process including sourcing, interviewing, testing and on-boarding.
- Propose university programs for recruiting fresh talents
